Valor Park represents a significant industrial development in Mitcham, Croydon, showcasing our expertise in delivering high-quality industrial facade solutions for modern commercial environments. This project demonstrates our ability to execute comprehensive building envelope systems for industrial facilities, involving the design and construction of seven new high-quality industrial units at Valor Park, Redhouse Road.
The development features advanced EUROCLAD RAINSPAN composite wall panel systems with twin skin technology, delivering exceptional performance for industrial applications. The works involved complete construction from substructure through superstructure, including provisions for mezzanine and high-level plant decks, dock levellers and level access doors, comprehensive internal and external finishes, M&E installations, external service yards, drainage, S278 works, landscaping and electric vehicle charging points, demonstrating Glencar Construction's comprehensive capabilities as a repeat business client supporting our growth.
